Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver your order.

eBooks (digital delivery)

eBooks are delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment and no shipping charge.
After payment is confirmed, access is provided within 24 hours: the eBook is made available to read online in your account on alokapublications.com, or the access details are sent to the email address given with your order.
Pre-booked titles are delivered on the release date of the title. We email you when the title is released.
If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment (or of release, for pre-bookings), please write to info@alokapublications.com.

We ship within India by courier or India Post.
Orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days of payment confirmation. Pre-booked paperbacks are dispatched after release.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on location.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before you pay. Tracking details are emailed when the order is dispatched.
Please give a complete delivery address and a reachable mobile number; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
Orders from outside India are accepted on request; please write to us for shipping charges and timelines.
